To ensure fairness and product safety, please review our return policy below:
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of lash and beauty supplies, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This is to maintain hygiene standards and protect all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following in your message:
• Your order number
• Photos and/or video of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact your local carrier for assistance. We will do our best to help, but replacements are not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchasing. After this timeframe, we cannot cancel or modify the order as it may already be processing.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
• Approved damaged/incorrect item claims
• Cancelled orders within the allowed timeframe
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
