Processing times
Physical product orders are carefully prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, preparation may take slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a separate shipping confirmation once your package has been prepared for the carrier.
Shipping & tracking
Available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping when the offer is available for the selected destination.
Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to display its first tracking update.
- Review your name and complete delivery address before placing your order.
- Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
- Carrier estimates may change because of holidays, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
Digital products & education
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Download instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout after payment is confirmed.
In-person training confirmations are also delivered electronically. The exact Long Island, New York training location is provided after booking.
