Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable inventory. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal educational use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, reproduced, uploaded, or used to create competing educational materials.
Because access is delivered electronically, digital purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or the file is materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
In-person training
Training deposits are nonrefundable. One reschedule is permitted when the request is received more than two days before the scheduled class. Requests made within two days of training may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
For deposit bookings, the remaining balance stated on the product page is due in cash on the day of training. Students must arrive on time and bring the required models. Exact Long Island, New York location details are provided after booking.
Intellectual property
The Minks by P name, branding, website content, course materials, manuals, product photography, graphics, videos, techniques, and educational resources are owned by or licensed to Minks by P. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without written permission.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minks by P is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, or educational materials.
